Terms of Use

Effective October 2026

These terms describe the rules for using Sharmony. By using the service you agree to them.

What Sharmony is

Sharmony is an assistive tool for online messaging. It suggests reply options, translates messages and helps match tone.

Sharmony does not send messages by itself and does not connect to your accounts on third-party platforms. It works with text in the clipboard and in the focused input field. What gets sent is always your decision.

Your account

An account is required. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One account is intended for one person; the Studio plan allows up to twenty separate accounts.

We may suspend an account for breaching these terms — for example, trying to automate the service with external tools, or reselling access.

Plans and payment

The Free plan provides a limited number of generations over 30 days at no cost. Paid plans are paid with cryptocurrency in your account cabinet.

There is no auto-renewal: a subscription does not renew itself and nothing is charged without your action. A period you have paid for runs to its end even if you choose not to renew.

One generation is one press of the Generate button, regardless of how many variants come back. Translating a message costs a tenth of a generation.

How the service may not be used

You may not use Sharmony to:

  • communicate on behalf of a minor or present yourself as one;
  • deceive, extort, threaten, or carry out any unlawful activity;
  • send bulk automated messages;
  • work around the rules of platforms you use, where those rules prohibit assistive tools;
  • resell access or give your account to others outside the Studio plan.

Liability

Sharmony suggests text, but does not guarantee any particular outcome: earnings, how people respond and your results depend on the platform, your schedule and many other circumstances. The figures shown on the site come from service statistics and user reports and are not a promise.

You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for following the rules of the platforms you work on.

The service is provided as is. We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot rule out downtime caused by maintenance or by our providers.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may withdraw access if these terms are breached, or if the service is discontinued, with prior notice.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top; significant changes will be announced in the application.
